My Greatest Fear......

     My greatest fear in life is jellyfish.  It may sound wierd but ever since I was little, I have has a huge fear of them.  It all started one day when I was 7 or 8 years old, I went to my parents room to watch TV with them.  They were watching a documentary on jellyfish and thinking of Finding Nemo, I decided to watch it with them.  I remember seeing a family on a private beach next to the ocean.  The little girl who couldn't be more than 6 years old went to the waters edge to play.  Then suddenly, she started shaking and screaming.  Her parents ran over only to find her lying dead on the beach with a wierd squishy thing next to her.  A Jellyfish!!!!!  I continued watching although I was scared to death. So I have been scared ever since.
     Did you know approx. 20 people die each day from jellyfish stings?  Scary, right?  Anyway, have you ever gone somewhere and had been afraid of what may be lurking about? Jellyfish live in ALL the  oceans around the world. So now I know, I won't be going to any ocean ever.  The water is a scary place.  Afterall, that is where the Jellyfish live. Their are also sharks, whales, and other scary fish all around.  Just thinking about it sends shivers up and down my spine.  Jellyfish are scary, killing machines and have little to no purpose to this world.  At least in my mind.
